REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds. Here is why.

Order production begins as soon as an order is submitted. Meaning the products your order are MADE TO ORDER and as a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. Furthermore, our warehouse does not have thousands upon thousands of hair packs readily available. Ariella Brooke Hair LLC products are all carefully inspected multiple times for quality and color before shipment.

All Sales are FINAL on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted on sale or clearance items.

REPLACEMENTS

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email (ariellabrookehair@gmail.com) within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. Note that using non -recommended products , perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement, if it applies. If Ariella Brooke Hair Co. verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Ariella Brooke Hair Co. will then exchange or replace the item.
